i dont think you can actually remove it, just dont look at the bulletins or only open the ones you think you may be interested in.

It may be that the results that you posted are nested in a table. I suggest either you resize the table or remove it. In case it is not in a table, see if there is any formatting within the %26lt;span%26gt; or in the %26lt;p%26gt; tags in case you used it, just adjust the size of the span or the alignment of the %26lt;p%26gt;.
