Something that's like a quiz for myspace, that you would usually repost? But I want it to have in it "Do you have a boyfriend or girlfriend?" so that I can find out.

Well, I do know a couple good sites you can use where a html is placed beneath the quiz results so they can actually be placed on a page. My sister does these a lot and her page is full of quizzes too. Most of the quizzes on this site is for females in particular:

Make up your own quiz. Just number the questions and give it a title. It will be fun.
