When you do them it will give you a choice of how you want your code. You copy and past that- somewhere in your profile.

you go to a page such as whateverlife.com. then you find what you want. then you follow the directions and copy and paste the code they give you into the about me section of your profile. (if you dont know already, you click edit profile on the thing next to your picture after you log on to your account)
